Welcome to this website which is personally sponsored by aviation enthusiast, Robert (Bob) Winson, in support of aviation historical groups, museums and individuals that engage in the preservation of Canadian aviation history. The site will in general terms focus on the rich aviation history of Toronto and Ontario. The Links section will guide you to the numerous aviation museums and heritage sites in Ontario and other interesting aviation historical websites. We are also offering you some excellent viewing experiences of aviation themed photos and PowerPoint presentations in the Aero Galleries section in 11 different categories.

You will be made aware of upcoming speakers and meetings of aviation historical groups and museums in our Meetings section. We hope that you will also enjoy reading accounts of past meetings in the previously issued newsletters section under Memberships. If you wish to join an aviation historical group or museum, please scroll down in the memberships section where online links or membership PDF’s are available.

This website is dedicated to the memory of Alan Greenwood, who was the site’s originator and inspiration, but who unfortunately, passed away before the task could be completed. We are therefore fortunate to have Mr. Peter Doherty, an old CAHS associate, step in to bring the site to life.
